What if this could be done as an overlay to your existing network? The proposed design considers the answers to these questions and will be presented adhering to the following tenets: \n A perimeter around every resource How using a mesh VPN allows for applying an initial policy to a resource rather than a network\, even if the resource is not owned by an agency. \nLeast privileged access Demonstrate a policy design where all users arrive equal and must traverse policy checks as a resource at multiple levels to gain access to be assessed by the application. \nApplication enforces policy Describe an application with ZTA built into its design so that the application itself is responsible for determining access rights and how the infrastructure provides information to support decision making. \nUbiquitous Visibility Show how network\, device and application monitoring tools combined eliminate blind spots to allow applications to make informed policy decisions. \nContinuous Validation Demonstrate network and security tools that continuously assess posture and provide feedback on readiness. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Be part of this immersive event to understand\, explore\, and prepare for the future of cybersecurity. What once appeared impossible becomes seemingly inevitable. Artificial Intelligence offers such promise. Much like technological revolutions of the past\, this promise of new capability must be balanced against uncertainty and unintended consequences. Safeguards must be put in place. The requirement to ensure there is always a “human in the loop” represents one such safeguard to mitigate the risk of the unintentional or the unknown. Many organizations believe their backups are sufficient\, but when faced with ransomware\, operational disruption\, and data integrity threats\, are they truly ready to recover? \nWe will walk through a scenario where an agency is hit with a cyber attack\, and explore critical questions: Can they recover data quickly? Is the data secure? How long will operations be down? We will demonstrate how moving beyond traditional backups to a comprehensive cyber recovery strategy can ensure readiness\, data security\, and operational resilience. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Bill Hackley\n Federal Sales Engineering Manager\, Rubrik \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n }\n \n 1:56 PM\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Navigating the New Normal: Cybersecurity Challenges in Healthcare IT\nHealthcare IT systems are increasingly vulnerable to cybersecurity threats\, posing significant challenges to patient privacy\, data integrity\, and overall system reliability. Even with the number of security tools in place\, attackers are outflanking them through unidentified attack paths.  And AI is accelerating and uncovering paths to privilege faster than we’ve ever seen. In this webinar\, our panelists will discuss how many organizations still maintain legacy identity platforms and applications\, the types of privilege abuse that can (and does) occur and finally the fundamentals for protecting your paths to privilege and why it requires an identity-centric approach. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n John Pretz\n IT Project Manager\, Internal Revenue Service \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Natasha Ibrahim\n Chief of Products\, Maryland Department of Labor\, State of Maryland \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ross Foard\n ICAM SME\, U.S. Department of the Interior \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Roman Kulbashny\n Security Engineering and Architecture Branch Chief\, Office of the Chief Information Officer\, U.S. Department of Education \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Christopher Hills\n Chief Security Strategist\, BeyondTrust \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Moderator: Kiersten Patton\n ATARC Consultant \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n View on Demand:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Zoom for Government enables ATARC remote collaboration opportunities through its cloud platform for video and audio conferencing\, chats and webinars across all devices. Agencies often struggle to achieve a state of readiness for these audits in terms of minimizing IT findings\, improving FIAR compliance\, and gaining an understanding of options for remediation of IT findings resulting from the audit.  \nThis webinar discussion will explore  the major challenges that they face in improving their level of readiness for such audits and strategies that have improved their operational posture for these audits to minimize the findings and resulting corrective actions.  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tamara Lilly\n Assistant Inspector General\, Cybersecurity & IT Audits\, Office of Inspector General\, U.S. Health & Human Services \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Khalid Hasan\n Assistant Inspector General\, Office of Information Technology\, Office of Inspector General\, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System\, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Charles Mitchell\n Director for Cybersecurity\, Office of Audit and Evaluation\, Office of the Inspector General\, U.S. Department of Commerce \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Anita Goldshine\n Cybersecurity Audit Support\, Cybersecurity & Privacy Operations Center\, Compliance Branch\, U.S. Department of Agriculture \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tony Myers-Burton\n Director of IT Audit Programs\, Electrosoft \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Moderator: Kiersten Patton\n ATARC Consultant \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n View On Demand:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Zoom for Government enables ATARC remote collaboration opportunities through its cloud platform for video and audio conferencing\, chats and webinars across all devices.
