They will discuss tools and strategies for gaining control over factors that will contribute to your personal resilience: shifting perceptions\, building soft skills for communication and collaboration\, setting realistic expectations\, changing habits\, etc. \nDr. Daniel Shore has a PhD in Workplace Psychology and specializes in building connectivity within and between cyber teams. His 5 years of US and European Government funded research on CSIRTs and SOCs are the foundation for his consulting team dynamics\, organizational culture\, and leadership development that spans a decade of working with cybersecurity teams. \nCoach Zac Broomfield is devoted to helping teams and multi-team systems enhance communication skills\, collaboration\, and workplace performance.
